Associate in Occupational Technology
The Associates in Occupational Technology degree in Cosmetology is an occupational degree. This program helps prepare students to take their cosmetologist exams with the Alabama Board of Cosmetology.
Students will master a number of disciplines including haircutting, hair coloring, hair enhancements, hair straightening, nail management, permanent waving, and more. Graduates will be prepared to meet the rigorous standards outlined by the Alabama State Board of Cosmetology.
